I was very satisfied when I received these items. They are of good quality and I am sure I will have these for quite some time. I have yet to use them though. Again on use I think they will stand the test of time.

Please note that zip breakages are not covered under our lifetime guarantee, as these are often the result of user mismanagement, overfilling, or general wear and tear. We encourage customers to take care not to overpack their cubes to ensure the longevity of the zips.
If your item qualifies for a replacement or repair under our guarantee, please send an email with a photo of the issue and your order number.
We will replace cubes individually rather than as a full set, ensuring a quick and efficient resolution.
We operate a 60 day refund & return policy. We've ensured our policy is quick, easy, and free to initiate. To contact us, email hello@ciubtravel.com.. In the subject heading please label this "Return - ORDER NO XXXX"
- Free cancellations must be submitted via email prior to your order being dispatched from our warehouse
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of order delivery.
- Do not ship your return to us prior to contacting and receiving approval from customer support.
- If your item is damaged, broken upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide a replacement upon reasonable proof.
- Return postage cost must be covered by you the customer. Please contact us for the relevant returns address.
- We may ask you to take a photo of your return to help us in improving our product.
- Refunds are sent to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 21 working days for your refund to be processed upon approval.

With these cubes I managed to pack for my holiday and put it all into my carry on case! This is great solution especially when the double zip is used to shrink the cube.
I ordered 2 packs before my holidays. They arrived very quickly and the quality was very premium when I opened them. All my clothes fitted in perfectly and I like the way you can compress the cubes to make more space in your suitcase. So far so good, hopefully they will last for many years to come.
Don’t know how I survived without these packing cubes…..so much so that on our annual family holiday realised I needed another batch with laundry and shoe bag. Can fit so much into them for weekends away and 2 week holidays.
