Lifetime Guarantee & Refund Policy

We offer a lifetime guarantee on all our compression packing cube products. This guarantee covers any fabric tears or stitching issues that may occur over time.

Please note that zip breakages are not covered under our lifetime guarantee, as these are often the result of user mismanagement, overfilling, or general wear and tear. We encourage customers to take care not to overpack their cubes to ensure the longevity of the zips.

If your item qualifies for a replacement or repair under our guarantee, please send an email with a photo of the issue and your order number. 

We will replace cubes individually rather than as a full set, ensuring a quick and efficient resolution.

We operate a 60 day refund & return policy. We've ensured our policy is quick, easy, and free to initiate. To contact us, email hello@ciubtravel.com.. In the subject heading please label this "Return - ORDER NO XXXX"

• Free cancellations must be submitted via email prior to your order being dispatched from our warehouse

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of order delivery.

• Do not ship your return to us prior to contacting and receiving approval from customer support.

• If your item is damaged, broken upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide a replacement upon reasonable proof.

• Return postage cost must be covered by you the customer. Please contact us for the relevant returns address.

• We may ask you to take a photo of your return to help us in improving our product.

• Refunds are sent to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 21 working days for your refund to be processed upon approval.

• Please allow for delivery delays during peak order volume. Items that arrive significantly later than expected may qualify for a partial refund, unless notice of delay is given and cancellation options are offered.
