At ciúb, we are committed to providing high-quality travel accessories. Please review our refund and return policy below:

UK & EU Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@ciubtravel.com within 30 days of your purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions on how to send your package. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note that due to fluctuating stock levels, we recommend reaching out to us first to ensure a satisfactory resolution for your case.

US Orders – All Sales Are Final
For orders placed in the United States, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds.

Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@ciubtravel.com with photos of the issue. We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery to assess the issue and provide a resolution.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item first (if applicable under our return policy), and then place a new order separately.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 24 hours of receiving the returned item. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
