Please note that zip breakages are not covered under our lifetime guarantee, as these are often the result of user mismanagement, overfilling, or general wear and tear. We encourage customers to take care not to overpack their cubes to ensure the longevity of the zips.
If your item qualifies for a replacement or repair under our guarantee, please send an email with a photo of the issue and your order number.
We will replace cubes individually rather than as a full set, ensuring a quick and efficient resolution.
We operate a 30 day refund & return policy. We've ensured our policy is quick, easy, and free to initiate. To contact us, email hello@ciubtravel.com. In the subject heading please label this "Return - ORDER NO XXXX"
- Free cancellations must be submitted via email prior to your order being dispatched from our warehouse
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of order delivery.
- Do not ship your return to us prior to contacting and receiving approval from customer support.
- If your item is damaged or broken upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide a replacement upon reasonable proof.
- Return postage cost must be covered by you the customer. Please contact us for the relevant returns address.
- We may ask you to take a photo of your return to help us in improving our product.
- Refunds are sent to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 21 working days for your refund to be processed upon approval.
- Please allow for delivery delays during peak order volume. Items that arrive significantly later than expected may qualify for a partial refund, unless notice of delay is given and cancellation options are offered.

Love the colour and they are deceptively spacious. Looking forward to seeing them in action, for trip to Thailand at the end of the month.
I bought this bundle with the additional shoe bag and laundry bag in green. Overall, really happy with the quality and size of the compression bags from Ciub. Lovely range of colours and they are really well made. They are great quality and compress down well after trying with a number of items, t shirts. Good communication and quick delivery. Looking forward to using them on an upcoming trip as not normally that organized. Will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

5/5 Stars – These cubes saved my sanity (and my socks) Before Ciub packing cubes, my suitcase looked like a laundry grenade went off inside it. Now? It’s like Marie Kondo herself packed my bag and whispered, “You are finally worthy of airport TSA admiration.” Let’s get real—these cubes are little fabric wizards. They turn chaos into order with the precision of a military operation. Suddenly, my underwear has a designated space. My socks no longer party with my charger cables. It’s like each cube is a VIP lounge for my stuff. Bonus points for the cool colors—makes me feel like I’m organizing my gear for a heist or a space mission. “Commander, Cube Alpha contains the snacks. Proceed to Cube Bravo for backup underwear.” They’re super light, don’t hog space, and somehow compress my clothes into what I can only assume is a pocket dimension. I packed for a week and still had room to smugly zip up my suitcase in front of my over-packing friends. Final verdict? Ciub cubes are like Tetris for your luggage—but you actually win.

Good quality and great for organising my packing . Also great for storage of holiday clothes in wardrobe when not in use . Love the shoe bag as take my hiking boots away with me and great to keep them from mucking up my packing
Very happy with my purchase - have had different makes before, but these have better zips and look like they’ll last a lot longer. Like the large dirty washing and shoe bags too. Ideal for the type of travel I do and hopefully will last for a long time! Like the subdued khaki colour - won’t show the dirt as quickly!7
