We offer a lifetime guarantee on our compression packing cube products. This includes wears, tears & zip breakages. We will replace cubes individually as opposed to an entire pack. In order to qualify for a replacement or repaired item a photo of the malfunction must be sent along with order number to; hello@ciubtravel.com. In the subject heading please label this "Replace - ORDER NO XXXX"
We operate a 60 day refund & return policy. We've ensured our policy is quick, easy, and free to initiate. To contact us, email hello@ciubtravel.com.. In the subject heading please label this "Return - ORDER NO XXXX"
- Free cancellations must be submitted via email prior to your order being dispatched from our warehouse
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of order delivery.
- Do not ship your return to us prior to contacting and receiving approval from customer support.
- If your item is damaged, broken upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide a replacement upon reasonable proof.
- Return postage cost must be covered by you the customer. Please contact us for the relevant returns address.
- We may ask you to take a photo of your return to help us in improving our product.
- Refunds are sent to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 21 working days for your refund to be processed upon approval.

US orders are shipped via USPS or DHL on Express/Next Day orders from our warehouse in Northern Ireland. Duties are pre-paid and not incurred by the customer.
